I don't know who said that, but it made
an important and life-changing impresion on me.. We are all on a journey of sorts, a journey of becoming all that we can be.
Coaching is one of those things that helps us to get there. A good Coach will believe in you, while at the same time challenge
you to set goals, to better understand your goals, and hold you accountable for achieving them.

For more than thirty years I have worked with people in various settings as manager,
teacher, counselor, business leader and coach. In addition to an M.A. degree, an M.B.A. degree (Healthcare Administration),
and an M.S.Ed. degree(Pastoral Counseling) I am also trained in the internationally recognized "Results Coaching System."
My professional affiliations include memberships in the International Coach Federation, New Jersey Professional Coaches Association,
National Guild of Hypnotists, American Counseling Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
The next two pages will explain Personal Life Coaching as well as Pre-Retirement Coaching in greater detail. I look forward
